Careers: Insurance Sales Representative
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll connect with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend coverage that protects their future. You'll build your own book of business with the full support of an established agency behind you.
What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs
- Present and explain coverage options clearly and honestly
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and service
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Stay current on products, licensing, and industry standards
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communicators who genuinely enjoy helping people
- Self-motivated goal-setters with a competitive drive
- Coachable team players — sales or insurance experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we'll help you get there)
